Architecture proof of concept engineer
We are searching for motivated, result oriented and dedicated individual with strong analytical skills who work effectively with minimal supervision. The individual will be a part of the distributed Architecture team, working closely with Senior System Architect.
Key responsibilities:
Perform a number of POC for New Architecture (including functional & performance tests).
Work on application frameworks, cache solutions, databases, queues.
Visualize research results in format of tables and charts.
Qualifications:
Systems: VMware, Linux RedHat/CentOs, S/W & H/W parts.
Web technologies: Nginx, Tomcat, Jetty, Netty, Node.js, etc.
Networking: at least basic knowledge about Load Balancers.
Protocols: IPv4/IPv6, TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTP, SSH.
Application/Development: C, C++, Java (J2EE, Spring, etc.), Python, Linux/Shell, JSON, XML, SOAP, WSDL.
Databases: Oracle, MongoDB, RIAK, etc.
RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, etc.
