Lead Technical Architect (from $2000 to $2500)
The person will lead the technical architecture of the newly planned Global Banking CRM platform (dbCIS/CF3.0). This involves leading the technical design of the architectural platform, the development of new system feed interfaces, the re-design of current feeds, and leading the technical architecture of new functional components. The new dbCIS application will be a global banking wide CRM system used as the main front office application for over 8,000 end users.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of the underlying dbCIS architecture platform.
- Lead feed design and feed re-development design
- Design new dbCIS modules to standardized development and deployment environments
- Lead the development teams to ensure adherence to the agreed design patterns. Work closely with the dbCIS project manager and development team leader to ensure deliverables.
- Lead the architectural design and implementation for the new CRM platform
- Review team code and ensure best practice principals are followed
- Ensure technical documentation supports Deutsche Bank requirements.
- Demonstrable team leadership and senior development experience required.
- Must show similar leadership and successful deliver on similar calibre projects
- Excellent communication skills – must have very good English
- Willingness to travel extensively (London/Frankfurt).
Skills / Knowledge Required:
- 5+ years Java/J2EE development and design experience of enterprise application software
- 2+ years architectural leadership – must be able to demonstrate specific project experience and delivery
- Must show extensive examples of designing, developing, testing and documenting new applications
- UML, Design Patterns, knowledge of standard software development best practices including OO design, AOP
- Jakarta Projects, Velocity, POI, Spring Framework, JUnit
- Web Services/SOAP, XML, Hibernate, Maven, Ant
- Application Servers, WebLogic BEA 8 and higher, Portal product experience
- Preferred experience with Exo Platform, CRM Applications, ORM tools, XDoclet, IBM MQ Series, LDAP, Kerberos
- Oracle RDBMS 9.1 an advantage
