IBM Mainframe Senior Developer
Job Description:
• Manage regionally distributed (different countries and time zones) teams of programmer analysts, business analysts and team leaders,
• determine financial application requirements for develop new or improve existing financial applications,
• participate regular telecoms with users, analysts and vendors - create and manage project plans and budgets,
• providing technical support to Business Analyst/Developers/Project Leads
• support of established standards and coding practices,
• contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirement:
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in MVS, CICS, JCL, COBOL,
• Team Leading experience in software development/support projects - Direct communication with Western clients,
• Fluent written/oral English, good interpersonal skills, proven supervisory and management skills,
• knowledge of financial/payroll systems and accounting principles,
• knowledge of VSAM and ISPF,
• experience in financial software development/support ,
Desirable:
• knowledge of PM BOK and RUP
Location: Moscow (Russia)
