CQG invites Product Development Metrics Analyst
Summary: The purpose of this position is to manage, report, and analyze metrics for CQG’s Product Development Department.
Responsibilities:
•Drive metrics collection for Product Development
•Along with Product Development Leadership, help define new metrics to measure
•Use software based tools to collect and analyze metrics data
•Document the metrics using industry best-practices
•Communicate the metrics to members of Product Development Leadership for use in driving productivity and performance
Education, Experience, and skills:
•Bachelors degree required
•Two or more years experience in a similar role
•Knowledge of software development processes
•Must be organized and analytical and highly detailed
•Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
•Knowledge of statistics and quality measurement
•Passion for turning data into information
Must have high conceptual quantitative analytical aptitude. Engineering, financial statistics ,software or other quantitative education or work background. Ability to use and quickly learn new software applications and manipulate and mine data-bases Exerience with statistical and metrics models. Some experience with project management and process improvement will be quite helpful.
