Requirements:
University Degree, degree in Computer Science is an advantage
Qualifications include 2+ years of corporate IT industry experience in System Integration and Solution (MS products based) Design.
Experience of managing team of developers (about ten developers in the team)
Equivalent work experience (consulting experience), MCSE 2000 is preferred.
Passion for service quality and customer satisfaction
Understanding of Microsoft product line is mandatory;
Deep knowledge of:
• .net development (VisaulStudio.net, C#, VB.net)
• Sharepoint Portal Server 2003 & Windows Sharepoint Services
• BizTalk Server 2002 (BizTalk Server 2004 is an advantage)
Good knowledge of Commerce Server and Content Management Server is an advantage
Basic project management knowledge
Multi-tasking, ability to run several projects at a time
Self-starter, energetic, reliable, performance-oriented and task oriented
Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and oral)
Local Language and Russian language, one of them to be native
Ability to travel across CIS and abroad
Functions:
Deliver consulting projects
Understand the consulting activities and statuses, and provide adequate advice/support/reports.
Build relationships with customer’s TDMs (Technical Decision Makers).
Understand customer business needs (pain points) and map to MS solutions / products
Grasp customer’s problems and issues, and provide the means, techniques, and the technologies to resolve them.
Salary and social package: from 2000 $ gross plus bonus scheme, medical and life insurance, lunch allowance, mobile phone, trainings
