QA Manager
Requirements: Potential candidate must possess:
2 years of experience in QA, at least 6 months as a QA manager, or QA group leader.
Practical knowledge of QA processes and technologies, especially in automated regression testing
Skills to create valid test plans without direct help from developers
Good Spoken English
Any of the following is a plus:
Background in Unix scripting
Background in relational databases, expecially Oracle
Background in Silktest, or in other automated testing tools
Experience with the financial software systems
Job description QA Manager will manage the group of 2 (potencially more) QA engineers distributed across 2-3 different inter-connected projects. The QA group will consist mostly of the developers of automated regression tests. QA Manager will work on establishing quality assurance procedures, create test plans and oversee their implementation. All systems are front-office trading applications for western bonds markets.
QA Lead
· Fluent English. Good management, communication skills.
· Experience as a QA Lead tester.
· Understanding of Development and QA processes. Ability to build QA from the very beginning.
· Experience in automated regression testing organization.
· Basic knowledge of Unix commands and Unix shells.
QA-engineer
· Good English.
· Basic SQL skills.Basic knowledge of Unix commands and Unix shells. Good UNIX knowledge is a plus.
· Experience in automated regression scripts development is a plus.
· Experience in test-cases, test-scenarios writing.
· Common understanding of Development and QA processes.
Основные требование для lead - хороший английский, коммуникабельность, опыт в организации тестирования, очень желателен опыт в организации автоматического тестирования.
Для инженеров - опыт ручного тестирования, написание тест-кейсов, очень желателен опыт работы c UNIX или с автоматическим тестированием. По крайней мере для одного из них хороший английский.

1. Must have experience in manual application testing from 1 year including
- testcases description
- defects description
- bug tracking system usage
2. Quite desirable to have experience in tests automation from half a year in any brand automation tool (Mercury , Rational, Segue etc)
3. The knowlege of Java is a plus
4. Spoken and written English at least of intermediate level.
