Our UK software company is now recruiting for its Moscow programming centre (opening in July 2006). Our company is privately owned by two French nationals with more than 20 years of combined experience in a major international bank in London, one of the world’s ten largest banks with around 100,000 employees in 70/+ countries
One of the products being developed is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system intended to be used by thousands of users in large and international institutions. Generally, our intent is to build up in the next 12-24 months a significant programming centre in Moscow (20/+ programmers), on the back of our existing client relationships. We believe we offer an attractive opportunity for cutting-edge, creative and success-driven Russian programmers (with good English) to join the Moscow team at inception, and see ones’ responsibilities grow quickly with the size of the platform.
Position description:
Developing a complex CRM-system as a member of a team of 5 software-developers in a dynamic start-up company.
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in developing complex n-tier business applications;
• Excellent knowledge of .NET Framework, ASP.Net, ADO.NET, С#, XHTML, XML, XSL, JavaScript, PL-SQL (Oracle 8-10);
• Team player;
• Ability to work overtime;
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills;
• Must be self motivated and must show initiative and commitment;
• Experience in CRM- and finance-related systems would be a plus.
Compensation:
1500 USD
We will be conducting interviews in Moscow on June 30th/July 1st (first selection) and July 7 & 8th (final selection) to finalize the recruitments, and would welcome receiving a short CV in English outlining your training, work experience and relevant IT skills. You will be interviewed by our Moscow-based Russian General Manager (in Russian), and then by the two co-founders (in English).
