Job Description:
The project with major international bank;
Manage regionally distributed (different countries and time zones) teams of programmer analysts, business analysts and team leaders,
determine financial application requirements for develop new or improve existing financial applications,
participate regular telecoms with users, analysts and vendors - create and manage project plans and budgets,
providing technical support to Business Analyst/Developers/Project Leads
support of established standards and coding practices,
contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.


Requirement:
Hands-on knowledge and experience in MVS, CICS, JCL, COBOL,
Team Leading experience in software development/support projects - Direct communication with Western clients,
Fluent written/oral English, good interpersonal skills, proven supervisory and management skills,
knowledge of financial/payroll systems and accounting principles,
knowledge of VSAM and ISPF,
experience in financial software development/support ,
Desirable:
knowledge of PM BOK and RUP
