Ведущая международная компания, лидирующая в сфере разработки IT-решений в связи с расширением приглашает специалиста на позицию Project Manager в новый проект для крупного западного заказчика.

Responsibilities:
• Plans, organizes, directs and manages the day-to-day activities of a project, creates risk management plan and monitors risk during the project.
• Communicates with the project stakeholders, reaches and maintains commitments.
• Controls project scope, when necessary involving change management procedures to handle change requests.
• Prepares the project reviews and presents them to the project Steering Committee.
• Conducts measurements in a course of the project and controls the compliance with the project quality goals
• Contributes to technical decisions

Skills:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager developing Enterprise applications with the team of 10 people or more
• Knowledge of RUP methodology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts; good written and verbal English
• Western corporate mentality, experience and attitude
• General understanding of Web technologies, J2EE, UNIX/Windows environments, database technologies
• Strong process flow, diagramming skills and presentation skills ( Rational Rose, Visio, Power Point)
• Understanding the test/QA process
• Ability to travel
