SAP PS Consultant(Санкт-Петербург)
1. Resolve Trouble Tickets (TT) and Change Requests (CR) as needed
2. Monitor queues for newly assigned trouble tickets or change requests
3. Train and mentor other resources
4. Work with the customer to further investigate issues when necessary
5. Communicate with off-site resources to ensure all information relative to the trouble ticket is provided
6. Correct script error defects
7. Complete any assignments assigned during release cycles in regards to testing efforts and data migration
8. Production Cut-over activities
9. Consult on functional requirements and specifications
10. Participate in JAD sessions for high complexity or highly critical PS development / changes that are part of a release
Required Qualifications
1. Good written and oral communication.
2. Ability to articulate and communicate design.
3. Ability to work well within a team as well as other interfacing teams (BASIS, DBA etc) and able to handle tasks with multiple priorities.
4. Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
5. Solid understanding of the SAP PS module and its relationship to the other SAP modules
6. Multiple project implementations with SAP PS module
7. Recent implementation implementing SAP 4.6 release
8. Experience with each implementation phase of SAP PS i.e. requirement gathering, testing etc. through go-live
