Business Analyst (Kiev, $2000-$3000)
The world's leading provider of subtitling and language dubbing services to the entertainment industry, having major operations in Europe, Asia and North America has set up a software development department in Kiev and is looking for active Business Analyst to join outstanding team
Primary responsibilities
 Assist US and Kiev based programmers and project managers in developing and testing various applications
 Work closely with management and other technology teams to capture requirements for the new Project & Resource Management Application
 Single point of leadership in requirements gathering, analyzing user feedbacks, conducting JAD sessions, application feature set development, and technical documentation.
 Participate in all aspects of product development: Analysis, Design, Implementation, testing, and deployment.
 Interact with end-users to capture detail requirements, provide system training, and lead end-user testing to validate requirements sign-off.
 This position will require travel between Los Angeles, London, Copenhagen, Warsaw, Stockholm and Kiev.
Main Requirements:
 Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science
 4+ years experience as Business Analyst in Software development
 Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
 Experience in gathering requirements, conducting JAD sessions, producing requirements documents, conducting End-user testing and requirements sign-offs
 Ability to develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to identify and meet critical milestones
 Ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people
 Must be able to communicate to senior executives internally and externally
 Must have valid passport and documentation for European and US travel
