Position Overview:
The position in Trust & Security Services IT (TSS IT) department, Web Architecture & Infrastructure group, Moscow, Russia.
This group is distributed across Frankfurt, New York, Singapore and Bangalore and has the responsibility for defining the standards and practices for web development including reviewing new frameworks and technologies, implementation of proof of concept projects and configuration of the different set of tools supporting Development processes. A large part of the Group responsibility is based around consultancy to current web projects.
Role Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for architectural governance of existing set of applications sharing the same Workbench framework which is underpinned by maven, DAP/WebLogic, and dWeb/Apache toolset. The additional responsibilities will include consultancy around different J2EE technologies as well as related software and products. He/she will be making the requested review and assessment of methodologies/technologies (including development of the proof of concepts) as well as advising on technologies/methods on his own, preparing both the presentation and guidance materials if required.
 Requirements:
Experience/Background:
• IT academic background in one of the major institutions;
• Professional to expert skill set/expertise (5+ years) in Java EE
Personal Characteristics:

• excellent presentation and communication skills (both oral and written);
• structured thinking and effective judgement;
• strong team work capabilities;
Skills Required:
• Architectural, design and development skills, whereas the main focus is on architecture;development. Any kind of certifications would be appreciated;
• experience in making an in-depth analysis and application/process review;
• experience and hands-on knowledge of the below technologies (the more the better):
o maven,
o Java API's (JDBC, JMS, JAAS, JTA, JPA / Hibernate etc.),
o SOA / WebServices, ESB, BPM, Tibco SOA related products,
o Apache Webserver, Weblogic or JBoss Application Server,
o Oracle database (or SQLServer),
o IBM MQSeries or other messaging middleware
o LDAP Directory Servers, SSL and Security related expertise
