Ошибочка. phptest.php
Здравствуйте. У меня проблемка с PHP. Пользовался поиском но ничего не нашел.

PHP тут не причем, в логе явно написано, что конфигурацией веб сервера стоит запрет. Где конкретно, ищи в конфиге. Я бы на твоем месте просто бы нормально настроил сервер использую любой мануал. А приведен как я понимаю тут не "мои настройки в httpd", а банальный .htaccess.
